		<description>I see an Action Research project waiting to happen.  You (and your students?) open up e-mail accounts, half with names like Techno Boy and CyberRuler, and half with names like Fluffy Bunny Lover and Too Cute for Words, embedded in them.  Send similar help requests to a variety of high profile "help" desks, and compare the answers.  If there seems to be a gender-based difference in the responses, post that information here, and wait for the fun when the mainstream press picks it right up.</description>
